A New Era For Natural Gas

Smart Path to
Abundant Energy

By employing innovative liquefaction technology and delivery strategies, Western LNG will provide a long-term source of demand for Canadian gas. Additionally, delivering affordable natural gas to overseas markets dependent on imports will help reduce CO2 emissions around the globe.

Western BC LNG Project

Western Canada is an ideal location for our floating liquefaction facility, which will produce from 0.5 to 1.0 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG. This will bring abundant, low-cost Canadian natural gas from the Montney, Duvernay, Horn River and other western sedimentary basins to rapidly growing markets in northeast Asia.
