Monthly Update: August 2025 – No major construction activities took place between November 2024 and June 2025.
In May, PRGT crews began pre-construction fieldwork in select areas along the right-of-way, and this work is expected to continue into early fall.
In June, small crews began field planning and survey work along the right-of-way. Helicopter based route assessment began over the corridor to support ongoing planning activities.
In July, minor activities resumed in the Nass Vally, including the hauling of unused trailers from Nass Camp.
Under the current schedule, fieldwork, surveying, aerial flyovers, field planning, and trucking activities will continue. In August, crews are scheduled to resume timber hauling on Nisga’a Lands, which is anticipated to continue through October.
